EFT MEmbership Freeze/cancellation Request
Rock On is happy to include a $5/month membership freeze to our auto-renewing memberships. If you can’t come, you don’t have to pay. Here are a few conditions so as to insure that we can offer this feature with out difficulty:
Freezes may go for 1, 2 or 3 months. After that period members can re-freeze if they choose (additional $5/month) but only for a cumulative 5 months out of every calendar year.
Freezes must be requested at least 24hr before your billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
This will send your request to management for processing. Once completed you will be sent a confirmation email.
Prepaid memberships can not be frozen
Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs BEFORE your billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
